Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

This website, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by English Law.

By clicking the “Confirm Order” button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy item(s) at the indicated price and subject to our Terms and Conditions.

A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation form Purerings that your order has been accepted.

To order goods from Purerings.co.uk you must be at least 18 years of age.

Purerings will only accept orders and deliver products to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and orders will be accepted at the discretion of the Directors and Officers of the company.

4) PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in GB Pounds (£s) Sterling and include FREE delivery via The Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service to addresses within the UK.

We accept on-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta and JCB. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard and Visa logos.

If you wish to pay by cheque simply select “Payment by cheque” when you reach the payment screen. When you receive confirmation of your order from Purerings, send a cheque in UK Pounds Sterling made payable to The Ring Workshop Ltd. Please write your order reference and email address on the reverse of the cheque. The order will be processed once the cheque has cleared – this typically takes 4 working days.

4) CANCELLATION

You may cancel any order at any time, and without explanation, within 2 working days of placing the order. This period starts the day after placing the order.

5) DELIVERY

All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.

All our products are made to customer specification. We do not hold stock of any of the items illustrated on this site. As such, delivery of all orders will take approx. 2 – 4 weeks. When your order is accepted you will be notified of an approximate delivery date. This date is an anticipated delivery date and subject to the usual caveats. You will be kept informed and either emailed or phoned if there is any risk that the stated delivery date could be compromised.

If the item is required for a specific date, you must notify us immediately and we will advise whether delivery is possible.

All goods will be sent via The Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. This will guarantee delivery the next working day before 1pm. Proof of posting can be produced upon request and all items are insured for loss in the post. In the unlikely event that the item is lost in the post a replacement will be despatched as soon as the loss is confirmed by The Royal Mail. All Special Delivery items will require a signature upon receipt.

6) 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & RETURNS

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee on all stock items and products that are misdescribed, of unmerchantable quality, faulty or damaged. Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us by email, or in writing, within 2 days of receiving the item(s). We will then provide you with further instructions. Items being returned for credit must be returned within 10 working days, starting the day after delivery, from the receipt of the goods. We will refund any monies as soon as possible, usually immediately, upon receipt of the returned goods, in the condition sold and with all documentation relating to the purchase. The customer is responsible for the return postage to Purerings. We recommend that you use The Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service which ensures the item is insured in transit.

If you wish to return any item it is your responsibility to take reasonable care for that item whilst in your possession. Rings must be returned in their original Purerings packaging and must be unworn. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any right you have to take advantage of our refund policy. Refunds will only be made by the original method of payment.

7) RING / FINGER SIZING

All our products are made to customer specification. We do not hold stock of any of the items illustrated on this site. As such, please ensure you order the correct ring size as all rings are made to order and are unreturnable unless faulty, damaged or not as described. Unless your statutory rights allow you to reject the product, items made to customer’s specification, such as rings made to a specific size or personalised (engraved) goods, are non-returnable.

If you make an error and resizing is required there will be a charge. This charge will vary according to the cost of materials required and the complexity of the work. Some rings, by virtue of their construction, detailing or material, are impossible to resize. Please note, it is your responsibility to measure your finger-size accurately and provide us with the correct size. We suggest your finger is measured several times, at different times of the day, to provide a more accurate measurement.

8) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Images may not show the actual size of the items. Some images are enlarged to illustrate the specification or detailing of an item. ALL sizes, weights and measurements are approximate, are included for guidance and conform to industry tolerances.

We try to ensure that all product descriptions, illustrations, pricing and availability are accurate, but errors can occur. On discovery of an error, we will contact you immediately and provide the option of reconfirming or cancelling the order.

9) DISCLAIMER

Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of the contents and information on this site, Purerings, or anyone associated with Purerings, cannot accept any liability for any loss arising out of direct or indirect use of this information. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Purerings reserves the right to change data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents at any time without notice.
